GRANITE WORKTOPS

Granite worktops are a popular choice for kitchen worktops as they reflect the light, almost like a mirror.

Different granites come from all over the world including Africa, India and China. Depending on the quarry it was mined from each type of granite will have different characteristic depend on its geological makeup giving them different shades and colours.

We at Shaw Stone Ltd. always use first quality granites. Customers should be aware that some less scrupulous companies will sell cheaper lower grade granites that have been dyed or even soaked in diesel to give them a darker colour. Over time the dye or diesel will fade leaving a patchy grey surface.

QUARTZ COMPAC possesses major aesthetic versatility, as its advanced R & D allows for the creation of a large array of designs, sizes, thicknesses, ornamentations, and exclusive colours that blend in with other materials, including MARMOL COMPAC products. The excellent QUARTZ COMPAC finishes and easy fitting are just two of the long list of advantages presented by this luxurious product.
